Microsoft Culture Storytelling
“One Day. One Microsoft” + Codebook. A short film and digital experience that work together to bring Microsoft’s culture journey to life through the people who create the culture every day in the way they live, grow, innovate, and empower the world.
One Day. One Microsoft.
A short film made of images and sounds captured entirely by Microsoft employees, woven into a day-in-the-life narrative. Executive Creative Director from initial concept to launch, I worked with an amazing team and client to bring to life a truly moving film that I’m proud of. Crafting the right questions to ask employees and finding the most genuine storyline amongst the thousands and thousands of footage options was a unique challenge. The result received countless heartfelt reviews from Microsoft employees and rose far above a great ‘commercial’ to be a great film that showed a vulnerable, authentic side of the tech giant we don’t normally see.
